The accounting of value added services consist of the components material movement, billing for bin locations and services.
In terms of billing of stock movement, quantity and price barriers as well as the differentiation between e.g. inbound, picking or outbound postings can be calculated.
Concerning billing for bin locations, methods like sliding average or month maximum are used. The loading equipement, e.g. European or industrial pallets, or even the item itself can be used as a basis of valuation.
Production processes or even manually registered services as fitting of labels, streching of pallets, quality control in inbound areas, are calculated in terms of logistics services. Sttlement runs can occur in freely definable periods. The whole data is saved dayly in COGLAS. Conditions according to all accounting approaches are deposited as price matrix per client. Via interfaces, data can automatically be transmitted to financial accounting or invoicing systems.
