The modul Procurement is implemented supporting management of order proposals, inventory profillment (deliverable), purchase orders, supplier / supplier items, procurement items / alternative goods, purchasing / sales information.
Due to a minimum inventory under-usage or an order demand, order proposals can be generated in the system. Order proposals might as well be created out of manual demands. The generated proposal can be send to persons / compartments responsible or to extern systems via the event manaer. Order proposals / Purchase orders can be transformed to certificate of incoming goods in case of requirement during the delivery of goods. The certificate of incoming goods from purchase orders in turn is used to control inbound, which again is adjusted to the purchase orders.
