COGLAS WMS Suite manages most different types of order e.g. planned orders for production, manufacturing orders with operation chart positions, sales orders, spare parts orders, shipment orders, replenishment orders, picking orders, delivery orders, inventory orders and as well unplanned single picking orders. Order management supports divers status for orders as well as complete communication and data reconciliation witch the ERP System and other extern systems. For example, COGLAS Logistic Suite can develop a shipment order (with perspective on package stage) for transport, out of an ERP delivery order (ERP illustration).
Order heads save divers dates, dispatch types, tours, consignee data and cost centers. Order positions contain goods information and quantity.
Every order’s inventory can be dispositively proved on stage of position and automatically be transferred to COGLAS Transport orders. During the planning run, via DESADV announced PO inventory can be regarded. In case of missing parts COGLAS Module Replenishment orders can be automatically developed.
In every warehouse complex missing parts occur while picking. During a picking process unplanned missing parts can automatically be displaced from other stock yards. If there is no alternative Inventory, continuous work of the order can either be blocked or concludes with alternatively proposed goods according to configuration. Depending on the Degree of integration of the COGLAS Event Manager, the department responsible can be informed.
The Order management offers integration of customized printing formats, delivery notes and package content lists.
