The COGLAS Inbound is a module for different opportunities of goods receipt by suppliers, from production orders or return deliveries. A warehouse’ inbound can occur planned or unplanned.
Inventory qualification characteristics (as e.g. batches, expiry dates, serial numbers) and further customer specific information can be identified in Inbounds.
Via multiple classification, graphics (photos, videos, drawings), as well as default values, this COGLAS module offers the chance for quality control. While goods receiving, the items can be checked, according to specific quality directives. Inbound control can control inbound data relating to goods’ quality directives (e.g. remaining time). In case of negative outcomes, handling units can be displayed separately for warehousemen. The warehouseman again can, according to agreement, store goods separately or refuse goods receiving.
